We are an online hotel marketing company with technology that reaches a very large number of consumers expressing real-time interest in booking rooms direct

We are hoteliers. Our team have had all key the roles: general management, leading sales, marketing, revenue management, front office and reservations. We know what it's like to work in a hotel day in, day out. And we know how precious time is to you. We make things happen.

... but wait, there's more! Equally important is our proven experience in online internet marketing since 2001.

Our unique point of view puts your hotel in the center of the discussion. Good ideas have the most impact when they fit your business like a glove.

David trained as a hotelier and followed that dream for many years, including in roles as a General Manager in New York hotels. His entrepreneur-mode kicked in 15 years ago when he founded Timeless Hospitality and later Open Hospitality. His sense of mission was always pretty clear: be the recognized industry leader in hotel internet marketing services including design, website development, mobile and online search and marketing.

That mission led to merging Imagine Hospitality with Kaptivating Hospitality in 2016. Our goal is to be the industry gold standard for excellence in product and service. David believes accomplished hotel clients deserve five-star service levels from their partners.

David leads a team of diverse personalities, background and skill. He insures that a common thread of "make a promise, keep a promise" keeps everyone headed in the same direction. David is located in our New York office.

Diana fell in love with the hotel business in California more than 25 years ago. Inspired by her early successes in hotel operations, she quickly developed a passion for service and people. That passion led her to key roles with Embassy Suites and later Hilton Hotels.

Along the way, she took note of the emerging role of technology in day-to-day hotel functions. She then went on to support and sell major property management systems. That experience culminated in becoming a specialist in digital hotel marketing with Open Hospitality and Pegasus Solutions.

The past 10 years have helped qualify Diana as a true expert in all things "web" about hotels, both large and small. Diana has a patient and optimistic outlook (she's learned that by being a long-time LA Dodger fan!). You'll enjoy taking her calls. Diana is located in our Los Angeles office.

Uwe is our "creative guy". In some web shops that's the team member who's supposed to have purple hair and wild clothes. Well, Uwe doesn't have purple hair but he's very creative and experienced in hotels!

Uwe has designed hundreds of custom websites and oversees the team who produces the screens your guests see everyday. His degree in photography and his long background in graphic design gave him the foundation, but his many years of experience at Open Hospitality helped him develop the business savvy to understand what drives consumer-booking behaviors.

When he's not charting the waters for our clients, Uwe is literally teaching others how to sail the Hudson. He'll navigate your hotel's consumer presence with a truly creative eye. Uwe is located in our New York office.

Mara leveraged her USC degree in marketing first working in social media marketing in New York City. Entertainment marketing is one of the most challenging, fast-paced sectors and she learned the importance of doing things that result in generating revenue for clients. Her passion for family, fitness and travel returned her to California.

Her role with Kaptivating Hospitality's Marketplace Intelligence™ is to help our hotel clients build more direct bookings from the social sharing economy. This new distribution channel is exciting and Mara understands how our solution fits into each hotel's marketing effort overall.

Mara is the thought leader in our unique on-line video learning series. She guides hotel clients with timely, pinpoint help as they use Marketplace Intelligence™. Mara is located in our Los Angeles office and never misses an SC football game – though admits that some seasons are better than others!

Chris began in the hotel business as a bus boy in a hotel outlet. He was quickly promoted up through the ranks (we're pretty sure it was because he wasn't a very good bus boy!).

Decades spent with Hilton and Starwood taught Chris hotel operations, sales and general management in hotels large and small. But more importantly he developed a sense of what hotels want but rarely get: committed partners, ready to work beyond their agreements to drive business and revenues.

Chris helps the team at Kaptivating Hospitality stay on track with clients from the very beginning: promise only what we can really achieve, stick to our commitments and then over-deliver on expectations whenever possible. Easy to say & challenging to pull off, but well worth it we think. Chris is located in our Los Angeles office and still hopes to be recruited by the Lakers someday.

Steve brings more than 27 years of experience launching successful start-ups and leading technology for global brands such as Nike, Vivendi, and Johnson & Johnson. His strategic vision and technical acumen is proven by the profound and lasting value he creates. He has significant experience in software development and the application of social media technology to market applications in hospitality, political advocacy, and nonprofit organizations. Steve is a recognized digital marketing expert and has advised a number of companies on the development and enhancement of their digital marketing platforms. Steve holds a BS degree in Business Administration from University of California, Riverside.

Lee is a "from the ground up" hotelier. He's invested 15 years in hotel operations canvassing every nook and cranny where trained with Citylife Hotel Group and BD Hotels. He was part of the opening team for The Pod Hotel New York (the first micro hotel concept in the US). Lee expanded his horizons at The Jane New York, The Pickwick Arms, and the famed Chelsea Hotel. Like other team members at Kaptivating Hospitality, Lee recognized the importance of technology to hotel success.

His recent 5-year "working MBA" at Open Hospitality built his understanding of the Internet's usefulness for hoteliers. His passion for delivering great service to our clients comes across right away.

You'll feel well taken care of with Lee handling your hotel's implementation and on going support. Lee is located in our Miami office.

Vicki is one of those people you'll like from the moment you meet her. What she won't tell you though, is how highly qualified she is.

You'll discover what a perfect fit Vicki is for your needs. She has amassed more than 15 years specializing in hotel channel distribution and ecommerce strategies. Vicki knows how to work with complex hotel groups (like Viceroy Hotels, Destinations Hotels and Resorts and KSL Resorts) and individual hotels with equal ease. Her enthusiasm and professional experiences add value to our client's Internet marketing and planning activities.

Khanh is our treasure hunter – he loves revealing opportunities for hotels in the social commerce channels. He's refined these abilities having worked at a few other boutique tech companies where client service is also highly valued like at Kaptivating Hospitality.

His role, like Mara's, is helping our hotel clients build direct bookings using the Marketplace Intelligence™ channel. Khanh knows how to get our clients up and running quickly. He then engages with social networks each day to help hotels focus their marketing where opportunities are evolving.
